We are currently working with the Town of Genesee to secure the permits required to offer lodging and space rental. Below you will find a bit more information about the rental offerings we are planning. We hope to have everything in place by spring/summer 2025. Check back here for more details.
Lodging
We intend to offer three lodging options:
(1) a 2-bedroom, fully furnished apartment on the second story of the farmhouse we are actively restoring
(2) a camper with 2 sleeping quarters, kitchen, and bathroom situated on a hill overlooking the property
(3) rustic campsites (carry in/out)​
Farmhouse
Space Rental
We intend to offer three space rental options:
(1) Indoor - the restored barn, available seasonally for retreats, parties, classes, etc.
(2) Outdoor - the grassed area by the fishing pond, great for art/wellness classes or youth events
(3) Customized access to the property - perfect for the artist looking for inspiration!
